So then just now, today I read this, out of San Diego:
'Military plans largest experiment in history' (news article snippet from my newspaper):
"Preparations are under way in Southern California and Nevada for the larest military experiment in history.
The Millenium Challenge 2002, which begins next week, was mandated by Congress to help U.S. forces prepare for future wars.
About 13,500 troops from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines will use the latest in military hardware in a simulation of what planners believe the battleground could look like in five years.
Over three weeks, troops will play out a scenerio that echoes real-world events involving simulated weapons of mass destruction, urban warfare, the United Nations and humanitarian relief.
The Joint Forces Command, operating in Suffolk, Va., is coordinating the experiments from July 24-Aug. 15 off the coast of San Diego and at bases in Southern California and Nevada."-----------end of art(icle)
Here is the 'Fleet Battle Experiments':

FLEET BATTLE EXPERIMENTS
Definition
Fleet Battle Experiments (FBEs) are directly managed by the Maritime Battle Center (MBC) of the Naval Warfare Development Command (NWDC) in Newport, RI. NWDC operationally examines and evaluates innovative warfighting capabilities for future development and rapid transition to the Fleet. All reserve support is coordinated through NWDC 101 with ONR 201 providing them with all the reserve Science and Technology (S&T) support coordination.
There are two critical organizations that play significant roles in the FBE process. The Institute for Joint Warfare Analyses (IJWA) in Monterey, CA is responsible for developing the experiment analyses plan and providing analyses of the results for each FBE. The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) in Quantico, VA is on the leading edge for generating Marine Corps innovations that are inserted into FBE's and represents the Marine Corps portions of the FBEs.

-Enable Rapid Decisive Operations through integration with other
services' command and control, planning, and deployment processes.
-Assure access to the battlespace from the sea.
-Conduct Naval Effects Based Operations in execution of Effects Tasking
Orders and utilize Naval fires to support Marine Corp Expeditionary
Maneuver Warfare and all elements of the land battle.
-Provide sustained forces using Sea Basing Concepts.
Planning for this experiment has proceeded through the Main Planning
Conference and hardware/software installations for proposed technologies
on participating platforms are currently being executed. Program 38 is

Oh yes, they are jws. Proof positive last week:
"you wanna blow job?" was blurted out loud by one of jehovah's whores.
I have plans of great persecution for them, and soon.
I don't think they will be in this hood very long. I predict the need will be greater somewhere else. hahahaha

I enjoy humour.I`ve had a lot of grief in my life so now I chose to enjoy life as much as I can. Many times a point can be made using humour,I prefer that over getting pissed off(I do have a tendancy to get pissed off,LOL).I`d rather have a good laugh with someone I disgree with.In the end we still may not agree but at least we`ve had a bit of fun...OUTLAW
