What about children who are born deformed or diseased? Did they get a chance to 'act perfect'? The very fact that they have no control over such things such as genetics is in itself an aspect of human imperfection.
Prof, that assumes that the definition of "perfect" is "no genetic defects"... Like I said, my definition of "perfect" is "doing the best you can." Whether because of heredity, upbringing, or whatever, if you're not as smart as Einstein or as virtuous as Gandhi... As long as you're doing the best you can, then in what sense are you imperfect? Like I said, it's a perception game.
