I got one the size of a quarter between my hip and butt...it was $30 plus a tip. It didn't hurt where I got it--lots of cushion there! I was told that the closer the skin is to the bone, the more it hurts--like the ankle.
I'm getting a Tattoo, it doesn't hurt, right?

Ha! I have two things to say about "tats" (see how cool I am?):
1) I have seven, I think, on my bum that I've never seen. And yes it pinched when they were done. The reason I have them is not a fun one tho--it was for the radiation that I had for my cancer. They needed a permanent place to aim the rays. I thought they were JOKING, for crying out loud, and would do it with a permanent marker. That is, until I felt the first needle prick! Ouch!
2) My son is a tatoo artist. I'll have to show him this thread.

A friend of mine had something simular done to her scar area. Due to her losing a breast to cancer. It was part of the healing process for her.
