I did not read the list that Undisfellowshipped has published on the linked web-site so this may be a repeated quotation, but I think that this particular term surfaced in the WT 5/1/1957, p285 where it says:
"Did she tell a lie? No, she did not. She was not a liar. Rather, she was using theocratic war strategy, hiding the truth by action and word for the sake of the ministry"
A very small seed in the form of a tiny sentence, that will grow into a plant that will condemn the GB to a much larger sentence.
