racking my brain trying to think of GB policies that have changed to make them relevant to modern life - beards, cigarettes, clothing - sure there are many more - why no change re the two witness rule especially as modern life makes it necessary? the two witness rule is in danger of losing its divine timelessness which gives its relevance and value if it cannot adapt to modern life to render proper safety and justice to lowly victims crying out amidst their oppression.
