God forgive me I served on judicial committees, and ,while I never asked intimate questions, I got a sense right from the outset if the person was sorry , or if they were trying to get off lightly. Sadly I served with some elders who sickened me by their questions. Did he touch your vagina on the outside or inside your panties, which finger did he penetrate you with. Did you perform oral sex, were you watching porn, I finally refused to serve on JC citing mental health issues, too many elders seemed to enjoy the questioning too much.

Please rave on as much as you can. The facts are very important to bring a true sense of what it is like for those who are either ignored or sometimes called liars. It's an issue of importance and it includes boys and girls who are by nature trusting and wanting the love of their parents and family. To be smashed on every level of their beings whilst trying to find some way to protect themselves by "telling on the bad man or woman" . Then to be rebuffed, has a permanent effect.

I think the legs apart issue with the elders was to determine the amount of willingness the victim displayed in the act of aggression by the raper. Then they could pronounce a guilt verdict on the victim in a judicial committee and discount her testimony.

So if she opened her legs wide would be an indication of willingness to receive advances by the perp thus negating her purity and perhaps highlighting her sinful nature as a possible seductress. Purely a heartless form of denial and shadow project of evil upon the poor lady in her predicament, in other words loving shepperds who will sacrifice the sheep on the alter of savage Deity worship which promotes corporation loyalty by cover ups.

And let not forget the admission of bribery to the mix as in one elder's response to the the victim as to this person;s paying some bill for him.

Some of the Elders are really sick individuals. I think the Elders who are really disturbed by the actions of some of these sickos are the ones who step down and leave.

This sort of question may also be to silence the victim as the inference of compliance with open legs being incriminating and thus make the victim feel that a trial will also implicate them in wrong doing and thus not pursue further justice on their rapist bribe giving brother and perhaps lose any future help from him in the way of monetary support due to their financially destitute condition. The way these elders conduct themselves during these " investigations" is criminal in itself!

My 10 year old went through the most horrible experience being questioned by the elders after her abuse. It only added to our trauma and was nothing we expected when we allowed them in our home.

There would have to be shiploads of transcripts from these sorts of meetings in congregation files everywhere...surely?

All it would take is one awake elder in every cong across the globe to snoop, snap and post.
