What's your favourite cheese, please?
Mine's Gruyere, a Swiss cheese that is absolutely scrummy.http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Gruyere
Of course, I still enjoy the noble Stilton, Danish Blue and there ain't nothing to compare to a genuine Parmesan with pasta.
But, Gruyere takes some beating, I reckon.

I am allergic to cheese.
I must admit. I am not a cheese c onnoisseur. But I like american cheese on my homemade sandwich *shudder* or a hamburger, yum. If I go out for a sandwich I like provolone or swiss or smoked cheddar. Cheddar and crackers is good, but not as much as cheddar and apple slices (try it sometime). I'm making enchiladas tonight and will probably use monterey jack or colby jack cheese. And then there is the piece de resistance: mozzarella. Pizza, chicken parmesian (with mozzarella) manicotti etc... but that brings us into a whole slew of italian cheeses such as parmesian, romano, riccotta ... mmmm

YES! truly, whenever I eat cheese, my mouth and throat begins to itch. It's horrible. Lol.
I rather like a mature Cheddar,a nice bit of Cheshire even,what I go crazy over is a nice Camembeart that has been left to mature on on top of my central heating boiler for a week,wonderfull.,
