Even if the numbers are right, it does not tell us how many are unhappy, and don't believe it, and want to leave.
How many of those are gung ho zealous witnesses, doing their studies, the meetings, service? THAT would be the figures that I would be interested in seeing.

Placing "Out of Order" signs on vending machines that are in working order at conventions is lying! It also gives an indication of how the Organization views and treats its members! I was actually thinking of writing the Society, and pointing out that the use "Out Of Order" signs is lying to the people at the assemblies. Think they would respond to me? --VM44
If they can't count people any better than they can calculate dates, it may be just plain old stupidity!
Haven't they stated in thier mags. over the years that thier (WTS) growth over the years is proof that they are Gods orginization?

Of course, the number of those associated with Jehovahs Witnesses is not a criterion for determining if they enjoy divine favor.
The JWs are the only religion that can have their cake AND eat it, due to the extreme state of hypnosis the average JW is under. Nice trick eh?

No. The Society would never lie. They are not part of this world or Satan's wicked system of things. They would never lie, because Satan is the father of the lie, and the truth is not in him. They represent Jehovah, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, his son who spoke only the truth at every opportunity.
At every assembly I witnessed brothers counting and double-checking their numbers so as to give an accurate attendance. My mother was the book servant at our KH and worked diligently to make sure the numbers matched up. Another dear sister was the accounts servant and she worked just as hard to give an accurate reporting each and every month. I myself diligently reported every hour, every magazine placement, and every return visit because I was raised to be honest and accurate too. I even subtracted the time spent in coffee breaks.
No. The society would never lie to me. They always reported the truth, because they were inspired by God. The governing body was back at Bethel diligently pouring over the Bible and copies of ancient manuscripts in Greek and Hebrew to make absolutely sure that the truth was known about the wonderful message of hope in the Bible. They prayed fervently for God's direction before making any decisions that would affect the lives of millions of people. They checked and rechecked their research, and even quoted scientists, doctors, historians, and archaeologists to support their conclusions.
No. They would never lie to me.
