    That's a BullS*** reply Yadirf.

You completely ignored my question about why the Watchtower DID NOT Quote the part about the Catholics being NGO's.

Also, that Watchtower Quote I posted said that the Catholic Church (and several other religions of Christendom) was ASSOCIATED and "ON FRIENDLY TERMS" with the United Nations because they were registered as NGO Members, even though the Watchtower conveniently decided to leave the part about NGO's out of their Quote.

It makes absolutely no sense why the Watchtower would leave the NGO part out of the Quote unless they were covering up their own involvement as an NGO.

Also, if there is nothing wrong with the Watchtower being an NGO, how come it was never mentioned in any of their Publications that they had become one?

Also, why did the Watchtower resign as an NGO a day or two after being exposed as NGO Members?

Also, it has been proven SEVERAL TIMES OVER on this Website and on others, that there was NEVER EVER a requirement to become an NGO in order to obtain a "Library Card" for the U.N.

So, let's say, even if there is nothing wrong with being an NGO, then why did the Watchtower LIE about the reason they became one?

    BeelzeDub,

If becoming a member is not what is important, but the personal acts that follow that determines ones neutrality, why did so many brothers and sisters die in Malawie because the WTS would not allow them join a single party system? Should they not been allowed to buy join the membership and then do nothing to support it when that time came when called to show that support by some action?

You bring up an entirely different issue here. Were not those JWs in Malawi in effect told that they had no choice but to participate in the politics of the world? (The way that they were treated as a result of their refusal to do so answers that, I think.) They were therefore placed in a position quite similar to the three Hebrews who were told to bow down to the image or else be thrown into the fiery furnace. That's hardly a situation comparable to the WTS having upon their own accord made strategic use of a provision with the United Nations in order to enhance the interests of the Good News in other lands.

The JW's worship the Governing Body every day of their lives.

If the JW's are Jehovah's One True Religion, why would they have to have ANY "STRATEGIC HELP" from the Scarlet-Beast, to "Preach the Good News".

That means, without the U.N.'s help, the Watchtower would have been unable to preach in some lands.

That's bulls*** -- if the Watchtower is God's Religion.

JEHOVAH GOD would have made a way for them to preach WITHOUT having HIS PEOPLE join up with the Scarlet-Beast.

    UnDisfellowshipped,

The reason you can't "see" is because of those blinders you have on. Do you understand the word "bias"?

What your problem really is, is that you've elected to fight the WTS no matter what.

Nothing said by anyone else therefore makes any sense to you unless it fits in with your agenda.

    Cry, baby, cry!

    UnDisfellowshipped,

This is another shinning example of your superfine reasoning ability:

    Bias at its best!

You're biased FOR the Watchtower and I'm biased AGAINST the Watchtower.

The only way to not be biased is to have someone come here who was NEVER involved with the JW's.

For 18 years I was able to "see" what the Watchtower Society teaches, and how the Watchtower treats their members.

God will judge and condemn the Watchtower Leaders, for all their evil acts.

    Jack2,

Something else that comes to mind: what if the brothers and sisters who lived in Malawi in the 1970s, who were persecuted for not carryinga 25 cent political party card, were to learn that their organization had become an member of the UN as an NGO?

First off you need to stop minimizing the seriousness of the test that those there in Malawi faced, as if it were a little two-bit problem that they faced.

So they learn that their organization had once been a member of the UN as an NGO, so what? Do you imagine them to be like YOU, that is, not having enough sense to comprehend the matter and as a result become offended and stumbled? You seem to take it for granted that these were dumb people to begin with.
