The End might happen for some with the coming of the next Ice Age (maybe). If not, we will just have to wait another 4 billion years or so for the Sun to turn into a red giant and swallow the Earth. As for the 'End' according to the Watchtower, nah :o)

The "end" will happen one day. Our end could happen any time.
Eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow you may be radioactive.

There is no reason to believe the end is coming. If a Jehovah God was going to do it He would have done so long ago.

It may - I never rule out anything in my mind or within life itself.
Shit happens.

"The end" that the JW's predict is hooey. It's not even scriptural. There's nowhere in the Bible that says that God will wipe out everyone who doesn't belong to a certain organization, and the battle of Armageddon in the Bible doesn't resemble what the JW's teach that it is.
Do I believe that Christ will return one day as the Bible predicts? Yes.

Interestingly, throughout the 1920's and 1930's, the JW's taught that the world had ended in 1914. Just check the masthead of any Watchtower magazine during that period. They said this:
TO US THE SCRIPTURES CLEARLY TEACH
THAT THE WORLD HAS ENDED; that the Lord Jesus
has returned and is now present; that Jehovah has placed
Christ Jesus on his throne and now commands all nations
And peoples to hear and obey him.
