The word Gluttony as mentioned above does not seem to be defined by overweight according to the dictionary. Another words seeing a fat person is not the same as seeing a gluttonous one. From the definitions in my Oxford Dict. I would say that the old stories of a King sitting down to a great banquet table and eating untill he upchucks from natural causes and doing this again and again untill the night is gone or untill he passes out drunk which ever comes first.

I stand corrected Orange....I thought fasting meant to not eat anything at all. Your doctor should not be practicing.The family of the guy that died hopefully have sued her, I would think you should have grounds to sue also. I have very little faith in doctors and think they should be held accountable.Sorry for the misunderstanding.
I surely must come to the defense of OFC. What she has said is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The year of liquid diet, the truth, the cruel family members, who picked on her constantly with no let up, all true. We are lucky, that she did not die because of this year long liquid diet. She may be a large person, but there is more to love, you have to look on the inside of a person, not always the outside. She would do anything for anyone if she could. She could be as skinny as a toothpick, or a large bundle of joy, but I will love her no matter what. I have been with her and have seen the looks people give her as she walks, and sometimes I just want to say to them, why are you staring, do you have a problem? Some people are large, that does not mean they eat a mountain of food to get there. She is funny, very sensitive and loving and would not hurt a fly, well, unless it was buzzing in her face. She is just a real sweet-heart.
This post does not direct any anger towards anyone, please don't take it the wrong way. I just want people to know what she is like. Oh and yes, she is definetly a man magnet. She has that personality, that just attracks all people. Heh! kitty could it be your perfume?
Oh my God BFD I am blushing big time thanks for your testimonial you are the sweetest. Lucky Lucy, you are right I should have sued that doctor also, however not being in the right frame of mind for a very long time after that I was not capable of making the right decisions. I should have reported her to the Canadain College of Physians and Surgeons, but that was so long ago now and I had no one to really look out for my best interests back then. Surely not my husband or family. I have put this all behind me now and I have realized one thing that people like them will get theres. I am a very happy and content person today and with a friend like BFD I am the luckiest person alive and my new husband is my soulmate. And I don't care what people say about me or how people look at me, I am me and that is all that counts. And yes I still draw men like magnets, I can go anywhere into any resturant or sports club and men start talking to me and laughing and buying me beer and at darts at the legion I never buy beer the guys on the team buy me beer. They even buy me the lucky 50 /50 tickets for the draw that night. So I am pretty lucky. Like I said I love life and people. And it comes back to me 100 fold.
