There are many here who have my respect from the post they have wrote, their logical way of thinking, their life wisdom , and also common sense.

I don't think I will say names, because I will surely leave out someone,,,,,,,, there are really too many here,,, we are blessed to have such an intelligent bunch here.

Someone eles said it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, all the ones who leave WT are the brilliant ones. The WT only keeps those who will not think for themselves and therefore they are forever trapped there. Being stuck in the JW , limits your mind growth and intelligence. There is so much to learn and you just are not allowed being JW. It is a great journey of discovery here to read all the research , thoughts and theories debated here. Sometimes I just sit back in awe at what is said,,,,,,,,,, and I try ,,,,,,, try very hard to understand with my little pea brain.

Smartest meaning intelligent? The first thing I would have to ask is about what subject?

About military subjects, I think myself along with some of the other vets in here would know what is going on.

About JW issues, probably everyone else on this board except me being that I am a never been.

So what is my point? Simply this, I think it all depends on that individuals experiences. College degrees don't neccessarily mean that you are smart, it just means that you are able to learn.

BTW, I am definitely not the brightest lamp in my house.

You can't judge an individual's personality or wisdom by what they post. I've found that when you speak to people in person, most of the time they come across intirely different than what you imagined. Some are very private, but intelligent. They will not always share their most inner and deeper thoughts in public. They are very careful of who they let into their private lives. There are also different levels of "wisdom". Some may be skilled and trained on one subject, but somebody else may know nothing about that particular subject. We all have different levels of training and different life experiences.

Long term impact for change

Issues that would never ever be covered in the Dub world

The ability to meet like minded persons who understand what we have been through

And help others who have not passed through the fire yet

It goes without saying who deserves this Title.

This forum is simply genius in design ( a place were smart people post! pure genius).

This person gets my vote.

I have to agree with maximum and this one. It depends on the subject matter. Some of you can write the most meaningfull things, full of emotion and beauty, but yet you dont know a damn thing about History. It all depends on who you are and what you excell at. Some are just plain fools- like myself.

I will forget a several names, which is why I am reluctant to answer these type of posts. I am going to miss several, so I apologize in advance.

Off the top of my head, in no particular order:

Xena, robdar, Windrider, SPAZnik, Xenawarrior, Mr. Moe, Farkel, Kismet, Aztec, Scully, COMF, Cygnus, Outlaw, Kent Steinhaug, Kirsten, Not Perfect Yet, Dogpatch, Mulan, Lost Diamond, JanH, Amazing, Julie.

I'll give a special mention to Simon. He is not also intelligent, but wise as well.

I think the reasons why these people are caring are pretty intelligent to those who know them. I would list reasons why I listed their names, but I am too lazy. I should list reasons, so everyone knows their special qualities (and it would build brownie points with them ).

There are many, many more. I think most of us are intelligent. I suspect the list of caring/understanding and the list of intelligent posters would be very similar because most of the people here are good quality people.
