  Sometimes you've got to stand up to a bully. My experience is if you bloody their nose, they'll leave you alone. She's trying to intimidate you, and I don't care how obnoxious her lawyer is, if there's no case -- that's it. No judge will allow harrassment. That's illegal and can get that law firm in trouble. You're in the right on this, so keep you chin up. Just realize things are going to be like a roller coaster for a bit, so when you hit a dip, just remember there is an up coming. You'll get through this and live happily ever after.

  I am so glad to hear that Jes! That's great. Hopefully the Judge will throw it out, and you won't have to worry about it anymore. I am glad you found an attorney to talk to you and offer advice without demanding a big retainer.
