  Upon Scullys' suggestion I emailed Fifth Estate.

  I expressed how impressed I was with the professional presentation, and how happy I was that the organisation calling themselves Jehovah's Witnesses the only TRUE representatives of God's Kingdom here on Earth have been exposed to the people of Canada and The US, as an organisation that protects paedophiles, in that they refrain from reporting such violations perpetrated on children.

  Their belief that they are above the law, is all the more highlighted, by the flagrant disregard for the secular Law of the country, to report any act of such abuse.

  I'm sure that this expos will serve as a warning to potential converts, to stay well clear, of a very dangerous, and manipulative, organisation, which ascents to the very pinnacle of the hierarchical ladder.

  I also informed them that I was from Australia , so that should impress upon them how important these exposs really are to everyone, around the world.

  Thanks goes to all those concerned with making this program available to us here in The Southern Hemisphere.

  Come on, that's not fair. To equate all JW's with being pedophiles is ridiculous. I have relatives who are JW's and they are not pedophiles. How does making staements like this help anybody?

  Stan......would your relatives report an elder they knew to be a molester? Or would they "wait for Jehovah" to intervene? I think that's the message here. I have JW relatives too. One who told my niece it was "all her imagination" when she tried to tell her about an elder rubbing up against her repeatedly and staring at her. And that she'd better not say anything against an elder. I blame anyone who keeps silent about it. Any JW who won't come forward. Who waits while any child is hurt to "let Jehovah take care of it in his due time!!!!" To me, they are just as guilty!!! Accessories after the fact.

  Guilt by association, huh? So all who leave the JW's are greedy, proud, immoral, drug addicted alcoholic homosexuals, right?

  So all Catholic priests are homosexuals and/or child molestors because some are?

  Are we any better than them if we make generalizations and judge people as a group?

  I'm not buying into that logic.

  Some of my most favorite people are JW, and I would bet my life that at least a few would do the right thing.

  Thanks to Jourles I was finally able to see the show!

  My husband and I watched it together, and we both agreed that it was VERY well done. The WTS again shows to the world their cowardice by refusing to talk to "the world" They consistantly hide in their ivory tower, tossing out their contrived, meaningless media tape. They are absolutely despicable. They literally make me sick to my stomach. They have destroyed so many lives, either directly by their unbiblical policy on blood, or by their non-action in regards to protecting the innocent in their congregations. I cried as I listened to the heartbreaking stories that were presented. Those men are truly heartless monstors to allow this to go on just so they can protect their image.

  I watched it this morning. So sad. More indepth than the Dateline program.

  Very powerful program. The WTBS are probably now in the process of doing some damage control, once again. Let us hope for the sake of those JW's still in the org. that "new light" will come down from above to let the proper authorities handle the problems they aren't qualified to handle. I think this "new light" isn't far off in the future. It is only in their best interests.

  Maybe I missed something, but I think what he meant was that if JWs (good JWs) are guilty by association, by simply being JWs, then one could say that exJWs are all bad too. I think he was trying to point out that we don't care for the sterotyping on our end, so why send it that way. The simple fact of the matter is, not all JWs are bad......I think there was a mis-understanding here, and perhaps that was on my end??
