The simple truth is, in every sexual partnership, one will have a higher sex drive. It is an absolute fact, as no ones hormones are identical to anothers and hormones drive most human behaviors. Including sex drive.

Nope. The WTS used to refer to Colossians 3:5. The NWT translates it as follows:
"Deaden, therefore, your body members that are on the earth as respects sexual immorality, uncleanness, uncontrolled sexual passion, hurtful desire, and greediness, which is idolatry."
The New International Version translates it this way:
"Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry."
Even if we allow the NWT wording, it's tough to say that this explicitly condemns masturbation. The Bible seems to be silent on the issue otherwise; trying to interpret Onan's crime --disobeying an order from God-- as a condemnation of masturbation is a stretch, to say the least.

This is just the latest salvo in the internal war at Bethel over sex. I can't count the number of times they have changed their mind on this, sometimes the latest (be respectful, don't talk about it) to stating outright that oral sex is something that goes on in a brothel! (Think that one over; pretty sure missionary sex goes on in a brothel too, but, never mind.)
'Right minded' people decided long ago to do what they wanted in their sex life, and stop listening to old men who have no T levels to speak of anymore.
