    Did I misinterpret something or read something wrong?

    Did the GB say recently that they are to be dead or pulled out of earthly existence BEFORE the great tribulation?

    If so, can someone point me to JW literature or a thread on this topic?

    Much obliged.

    Cheers

    No; before Armageddon.

    Let's hope it goes away much, much sooner!

    When the GB disappears, we need to keep a sharp eye on either the Cayman Islands, or countries with no extradition to the US.

    No, the WTS says the "anointed" left on earth will be gone to heaven shortly after the GT starts. Why the change. I don't know...maybe someone pointed out that if not all were in heaven, they would not be there for the marriage of Jesus to the Bride of Christ (all the 144,000 per the WTS). In the past the WTS "suggested" that some of the anointed would still be on earth after Armageddon to die a natural death. With several of the GB being younger, there is a possibility if the GT is close like the WTS says, some will have to die sooner than a natural death. Is that like the rapture? I think so.

    Of course they’ll be raptured taken away to heaven before the shit hits the fan.

    How else are Top-Shelf Tony and Letto the Clown gonna exact their righteous fury against all the “apostates” who dared to think they might be weird, crazy, or just plain wrong?

    Biahi;

    Or until you see one of the gb stumbling around drunk on one of their beaches.

    The remnant of the 144,000 will become the two witnesses and they will be martyred. (Rev 10:3, 6:11)

    Andorra, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg and Monaco are the most likely options.
