I wish there was film in my camera for one last photo of our cat, Tiffany. We got her almost 18 years ago, when our youngest was in Kindergarten. Now he's married. The last few months she has been very sick and s he has been crying really loud, so we think she was in terrible pain.............and throwing up several times a day and pooping anywhere she happened to be. She was either losing her sight or just all control.
We made the decision to euthanize her and I just returned from dropping her off. It was a really hard decision to make, but she didn't fight me when I put her in the carrier. Usually she is fighting and crying, but she was very passive this morning. Earlier she had jumped onto my lap and just looked at me, purring, and lay down and fell asleep. I almost changed my mind, but realized there won't be a good time to do this. She was a nice cat, and we will all miss her. Well.............Zoe (my 4 year old grand daughter) won't. For some reason she was very afraid of her.
If I find a photo anywhere, I'll post it.
