It’s a bit sad and disturbing that the WTS’s fear mongering commercialized from its literature publishing , in that people believe what this publishing house says is true , when in reality it is simply not from both secular and theological knowledge.
The WTS has established itself in a series of lies and corruption since its beginning as a religious publishing house .🤥
As I recall, "the new truth" that the span of time between Adam's naming the animals and Eve's dropping the ball is unknown, the year of the arrival of Armageddon was postponed.
Supposedly, the most credulous JWs abandoned ship at that point, but most accepted the postponement with relief because the last thing we wanted was the collapse of our world.

Oh yeah, definitely worse than, say, a hundred years ago.
I'd much rather have lived in the Old West.
Or better yet, the Victorian era.
Or maybe the Middle Ages.
