Anyway, I've missed you all. Got an email from the JW I wrote a long time ago..she basically said, "Satan is MUCh smarter than you, and he has you fooled. This IS Jehovah's organization....I hope you enjoy your new friends, they will not be around in a few years. Neither will you. Live it up. Your time is short."

I think I would write your friend back and tell her thanks so much for her loving concern, and that her short little note filled your heart with joy; and you've taped her luscious love letter onto your refrigerator door, and stuck a copy on each and every mirror that it may bring light and warmth on the days when you are feel'n a little down and blue; and you've posted it on the internet under the heading "Thank God for Jehovah's Witnesses! What a dreary world this would be without them!" Honestly Rosemarie, an email such as you received is written from hands attached to a breaking and hurting heart and soul -- be gentle with her. Those JW's -- their words are dripping with love. If your friend was a REAL Christian, there is no way anything like this would have left her keyboard.
Satan is much smarter than HER too. Satan has got her thinking that she has the truth! Such threatening language would not ever come from a decent person. (And don't they know not to put a time limit on this world? I thought the JW's would have learned their lesson about that, LOL.)

Beryl, you seem like a sweetheart, and I hate to be a hardass.... but there is just no excuse for living life another moment questioning like that. Not with this forum, not with the internet. What specifically do you question she might be RIGHT about? Research that. Hell, don't research it, just post the question and people here will drop tons of research on you.
Why live like that????? That is no way to live!
