Do you think the Watchtower will ever fall ????????

I know it sounds impossible and probaly is.

But with the constant scandals, and all the info available, do you see the Watchtower collapsing in our lifetime (from now to 2053) ?????????

I guess anything is possible.

If by "fall" you mean go out of business, no, I do not think the Watchtower will fall.

It will definitely change though because it must and it may even split but imo not "fall".

I used to think it was not possible for the Tower to fall. But the fact that they are now spelling out the specific threat to them from the internet at assemblies makes me wonder. They are obviously reeling from all the forces that have come to bear on them in the last decade. My answer: "Wait and see"

If their fall interests you, the key is to look for their weak spot.

I think it may be a loss of skilled people - you're not going to get Joe Zombie Witness to stop dragging his depressed

family to meeting after meeting but you might lose key C.O.'s or D.O.'s or lawyers or accountants - or just elders

with common sense enough to avoid trouble. If you look at Watchtower defeats of the past, ( Moyle, Ray Franz, etc.)

you see that somebody somewhere just couldn't take it anymore.

I continue to think that ONE person with the right documents and access could bring the Watchtower crashing

down in a legal disaster ---- particularily about blood, bribery, illegal transactions, or obstruction of justice.

I keep thinking, if Scientology can survive, anything can survive! So as long as there are people who are drawn to JW, and there is no reason that pool will dry up completely, JW will continue.

No, it won't collapse. It will have less people as years go on, but it will evolve into something everyone in it can live with.

I think Metatron is right. The Tower has always had external pressure, if not so great as it is now. However, it is now built upon very poor foundations. At the core it is rotten and bleeding talent. As they lose shepherds, can they also keep the sheep?
