More shepherds will step up from among the sheep and take the place of those who leave. I would imagine there are many young men who are about to become MS or Elders this year, and from among the Elders are those who will go into CO and DO work, and so on.
Every year with each new crop of publishers come future Elders and Bethelites.

Yes, of course it will fall. By what means, I don't pretend to know as their predations on their own followers are legion. But at some time for some reason, the reality of exactly what really constitutes the WTBTS will be made public and this revelation will be so gross, like overturning a rock to reveal a nest of maggots, that the public will not tolerate it any longer.
Remember the Romanovs? They ruled Russia for over 300 years. It was regarded as impossible that their empire would end. But it did. And have you ever noticed that throughout history the frequency that a complete government overthrow has been accomplished by some one person or small group of persons who were at one time regarded as finished, through, kaput, of no consequence? Here are the names of a few: Lenin, Mandela, Gandhi, Napolean, Dyan, Hitler and the list goes on and on.
Perhaps there will come up from ignomy, from apparent total defeat, the personal instrument through which the WTBTS will meet its end? Perhaps the ignominious ones will be known as APOSTATES?

I agree with Mulan.
I had a conversation with JW relatives recently. These are young people who will never leave the organization. They were brought up to believe that the WT has the "truth" and the only "truth." They acknowledged that the org. has problems and that JW's are not perfect, and even went so far as to say that they do not agree with everything that comes out from the society.....but that they will never leave the JW organization. So typical, huh? But, what came out of this conversation was that these young people are reflecting the views of the new generation of JW's growing up. These kids are more educated, wiser, and do not fear authority like previous generations. I have hope that with this new generation of JW's that NEW LIGHT will come forth from Brooklyn that will enable the JW organization to become a more mainstreamed religion, and hopefully doing away with some policies that make them more of a cult than a religion. If new light does not appear, I think as time goes by and the people become more isolated from "worldly" people, they will indeed be recognized as a cult by the rest of the world.

As more talented people depart, the more incompetent will rise, causing the remaining competent ones to leave in a new wave of departures. As the cycle keeps repeating and spiralling downwards, eventually the leadership will be uncaring morons with less brains than the sheep. Can the sheep be restrained from leaving then? And no, don't bother your pretty little head answering - I'd rather have someone who's not still in the Watchtower's thrall, such as Francois of Metatron, or no-one at all, answer...

Do I think the Watchtower as we know it will one day fall? Yes.
Think of the drastic changes just in the last 30 years with information available, the overall education of the general public, the scandals so widely publicized, the false prophecies coming to pass, the mass exodus etc.
They have had to resort to 15 minute monthly publishing rules just to keep the statistics up! (even though I personally believe the WT numbers are grossly inaccurate anyway, people lie on them to avoid being harassed by elders)
They are a fringe cult as it is currently. 6 million wackos with left-field beliefs out of a population exceeding 6.5 billion. As time moves on, they will be forced to change to more mainstream doctrines to be accepted in the public if they wish to remain or grow. Otherwise they will become even more fringe than they are now.
Gullible, naive people looking for answers in cults will never go away. Only the name of the cult and the beliefs they have change.

The Internet and the information age are the WT's worst enemies. Before it was hard to come across information that would unravel the mind control we have been subjected too, but now it is at our finger tips, as easy to get as turning on your computer.
Just think as the internet grows and more and more people around the world have access to it, even so called primitive people, will have at their disposal information that exposes the lies of the WT. New Bible studies will type in the word's "Jehovah's Witnesses" and 95% will be expose. The GB knows this too, and I'm sure they are very worried, the only reason they are not saying more than they have already to warn the R&F,.. is that it will make them suspicous, so they are caught in the middle. Yeah Baby!!!

But that doesn't mean it will be the Tower that they'll be sucked into. The Tower is a 100yo cult, the methods of which have reached use-by date. The modern suckers will be sucked into modern cults, ones that are either new or able to adapt their methods. Bethel is in a state of panic and shock; they've just seen the writing on the wall and are getting more and more shrill and paranoid in their rantings. Perhaps the end will be sooner than we thought.
