hope the bike is okay, no scratches, nothing broken? Ahh you'll mend, but the bike!
The bike is about three weeks old and is already in the shop getting mended. The crash happeded at mile 14. While shifting into a lower gear I noticed it couldn't decided and was hopping between two gears. Not okay. It will be fixed before next weekend anyway. I have to take this one off. As for me? Just my pride. I was trying to maneuver around a corner on a sidewalk with one foot still clipped in. Leaned a bit too far over on the clipped in side and just kept on falling. Landed in the dirt. Not even a scratch on me but two little nicks on my bike.
I know Joy, I'm considering giving Craig the address of the church behind us. He can celebrate with them.
