Just curious. For those of you who made it out to the yesterdays ex-JW meet-up: how was it?
Tell us, only if you want to, what city you are from, and your impressions of the meet-up.
The Toronto meet-up went off fine. Very informal, casual, easy-going and friendly. I enjoyed it.
How about the rest of you?
Well here in Winnipeg it was cancelled yet again. However, Nosferatu and I decided we had enough of waiting for Meet-up to give us permission to meet and got together.
A nice fellow. We had a good chat. Spent about 1 1/2 hrs talking in a local restaurant, just getting to know each other. We hope to do it again. He has an ex-JW friend that might join us the next time.
I think I'm the luckiest person aroun - I got to be with OutnFree, Aztec, Obiwan as well as a couple of others - and these guys are the greatest!!!!! Our meet-up was wonderful - I just wish they lasted longer! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!
Well ours went ahead but I didn't go due to having some studies that needed finishing.
Next month definitely though.

PS Wasn't ours about 3-4 hours? I forget...
3-4 hours not enough for a "chatty catty" like me (next time I swear I'll cut myself off!!!! (or else leave my tongue at home!).......
Definitely going to have to plan the Cedar Pointe meet-up - where'd that thread go anyways....it will be really nice to bring everyone from Canada/Ohio/(or wherever else together!)
Hi RAYZORBLADE! Enjoyed our meetup yesterday with a nice bunch of people. I wish it could have been longer though. Maybe sometime we can take in some food and/or drink afterward.
