I say next month - we make Windsor the meeting place & everyone meet up - whadda ya think? From there, we can begin planning the Cedar Pointe Anti-JW convention!!!

Making a representation for the Vancouver Meetup here!!!

There were 13 of us...like a mini-Apostafest! We met at a coffee shop, then proceeded to a nice restaurant where we sat outside on the deck, had dinner... and some... ummm.....refreshments...shall we say... Most were not familiar with JWD here, so of course, a little educating then took place...

So look out Simon! You may wanna be prepared for a few more newbies to the board!!!

Brenda had her camera...and pictures were snapped at the count of 1 - 2 - 3 - Cheers!!! <holding up glasses to toast>....looking forward that some will be posted soon!!!

By the way, thank you Razorblade for sending me the link so that I might know about the Meetsups!

Gwydion, I know I've told you this before...bring your daughters! My son will make all of them his girlfriends before the night is done! LOL! Children are always welcome and petty will bring some quarters for them..heehee!

I would love to do a Windsor meetup! Well it's so close to me and I really need to get to Canada eventually...Gosh! I love Canadians! Specially Raybies..LOL!

The Vancouver one was poorly planned as the restaurant we were to meet at was closed!!! Also it was not central for most of us there and off the transit route. Otherwise once we finally settled in and found a restaurant that was open it was lots of fun. I met lots of wonderful people and I can't wait for the next meet-up.

Yup, Windsor is a long-long ways from him.

ESTEE: Oh am I ever glad you met up with those folks...am I *ever* proud of you. Oh goodie!

William, I dunno, but all I can say is, having Estee in your midsts, must have been a 'highlight'.

I have to get one other Vangroovy participant to get involved. WP, his family (my good friend) were all JWs, and he was an MS from Richmond, just south of Van City.

I won't post his family name, but they were well known in the greater Vancouver area.

Glad to read that the Vancouver meet-up went well.
