I think you'll find you've violated posting guidelines. If you can't have a conversation without characterising the opposition by insults, rather than actually addressing the issues (restatement is not addressing an issue), I suggest you blow it out your ass.

Which of my facts were distorted? Easy to say I'm distorting facts. I can't rebut and present evidence to support myself if you don't tell me where it is I'm lying. I gotta be honest, I've still not met someone in person who actually oppossed the war in Iraq.

The behavior of the economy over most of 2001 has generated a lot of negative
news. Industrial production has fallen continuously since September, 2000. Gross
domestic product, which grew at an average rate of more than 4% between mid-1995
and mid-2000, slumped badly and recorded very little growth between mid-2000 and
mid-2001. The annualized rate of growth from the third quarter of 2000 through the
second quarter of 2001 were, respectively, 1.3%, 1.9%, 1.3%, and 0.3%. During the
third quarter of 2001, GDP contracted at an annual rate of 1.1%.

Yeru, it all depends on the company you keep. I've only met two people that agreed with it, my boss and my coworker. My boss is a toe the line Republican and my coworker is just a violence loving nut. Absolutly every other person I've met either outright disagreed with the war or was on the fence.

I agree, I do need to get off the base more. I don't talk politics much when I'm socializing. The subject doesn't come up much.
