Some people continue to have they're heads up they're asses. Hello people, what good are tax cuts, if your un-employed?

What good are tax cut if you're unemployed? They fuel the economy and creat jobs. I'm taking my $2000.00 or so I get this year and SPENDING it, which STIMULATES the economy which CREATES jobs. That's what good tax cuts do. Which is quite the oppossite of TAX INCREASES which take money away from me and I can't spend as much which makes the economy stagnate.

Uh ya ok, back to reality right now, your in the military, your not in a position to lose your job, anytime soon. Most people aren't spending because they're jobs are in doubt.

Back to reality. People that make 35G a year will spend the 2G they get from the tax cut.

TH I've not spent my whole life in the military. I've been laid off more than once, seen several jobs dry up and go away. I understand. The whole time I was working in the civilian sector, especially when I was getting laid off, I was saying CUT MY TAXES!

I've been laid off 3 times in my entire life, 2 of those times, I was without a job for 2 weeks max, this last time, ate all my savings, I was out 7 months, I'm not spending crap, and I haven't seen this tax cut, then again, I make almost twice the 35k, and well 35k isnt much these days.

Do you have kids? That's $800 of my tax cut. You should start seeing a difference in your paycheck withholdings in July. Sorry your savings were eaten up by the lay off. I manage to put about $500 a month in long term savings. I'm spending every penny of my tax cut.

Hardly, I'm just a concerned citizen with conservative leanings on almost everything. Bush has screwed the pooch on a couple of things...I was pretty upset with his scolding of Israel for it's targeting of Hamas officials. Regardless of what you think about the situation, it's kind of two faced of the administration on one hand to prosecute it's war on terror as it has, and then to scold Israel for doing the same thing.
