  The US is only fighting their wars to secure their investments. They don't say it cause it would reveal their true self. And greed is not a noble reason enough to beat the shit out of the unsubordinates who refuse to funnel money their way.

  You can claim any other reason for war if you wish. Men fight wars to make money or to not give their money away.

  If you claim the US is champion of freedom then they should definitely find other ways to help people, killing the very people they wish to help is equal to how terrorist networks fight their wars. No difference there at all.

  If you have to watch your back, it's cause you've been up to no good.

  The US went against International law by invading Iraq. I don't care what you want to call it; it can be billed as 'liberation' until the cows come home. The fact of the matter is, the US led coalition decided to go against the U.N and without it's support they invaded Iraq, killed thousands of innocent people, and have taken the oil the belongs to the Iraqi people.

  US law means nothing in this case. US law only means something to America, no where else. Try to stop being so gullible; realise that America broke the rules.

  Well you can certainly see what and who the majority over rule here, it seems that those of you who support Bush and his lies and deceit are only a few. I have been down that road to war a couple of times myself, Nam twice !!

  I believe and support our service men and women around the world as some have said without them we would be screwed. Yes this is true. When I was in and went to war I did not support the reason for being there but went because I was odered too and the charge for not excepting the order was worse than being killed in action.

  Now that I am older and wiser I am able to read between the lines and it is so easy to see that GWB has deceived his country which in my feelings is an act of treason and deception. Someone here said that it was Al Gore who was the cheater to the election, well Im not an Al Gore supporter either but I will say this the people of this great land voted for Al Gore and not for Bush it was the electoral Collegges that put Bush in office and not the people. If you deny that then you are really showing your ignorance and stupidity.

  I understand your feelings as you are there giving up your life to protect ours as I also have done but it is apparent that you are Republican and not Democrate as you tear down Clinton as other have torn down Bush so my question to you is do you think that 2 wrongs make a right? Your no different than anyone else here but yet you seem to have more right to call them names and tear down there beliefs. Thats not american and it is not cool by any means.

  Before the next election I think we will all see the reality of bush and his deceptions to this great land and to his fellow Americans , so I guess in 2004 we can have another post here and it will be called"I told you so".

  you are absolutely right. thing is, the Electoral College is the legal means of determining this. So, unfortunately we have discovered the chink in the armor. To fix it, an overhaul of laws, the Constitution even, will be needed. If you were running for President and the opportunity came up for you to take advantage of such a chink in the armor--wouldn't you? So Bush is a snake...but he is a faster snake than Gore obviously. Between two snakes I would choose the faster one.

  So what can the American people do to come up with a real candidate that reflects our views? It is the two-party system that is to blame. THAT is what needs to be changed.

  I have been called many things, but an inbred skunk and a lesbian are new. I'll share those with my husband.

  I am a hater of all things that remind me of the WTBTS. When I read these threads, written by men and women who have never fought in a playground fight let alone a real battle field, I get....annoyed and for some strange reason, their logic sounds like the elders on the platform. My sarcastic, point out the flaws side comes out. (The few veterans of this board, men and women, are to be applauded. I appreciate the military. You and people who serve today are protecting our lives.)

  Listening to people condemn our country for everything is annoying.

  My references to balls and certain posters lack thereof, is to point out that they were raised as JWs. They were raised as pacifists. They were taught no fighting, turn the other cheek, etc.

  In the real world, that does not work. Countries are always going to be fighting with other countries. Wishing that all war would go away is silly. You might as well go back to the KH and wait for armageddon. It is not going to happen. Countries have to agree to play nice. They do until someone in the sandbox throws his scoop at someone else and a fight breaks out. It seems to be a recurring cycle; from Cain and Abel to now.

  Do you notice how few women post on these threads? Has it ever occured to you or any other man for that matter, why women just don't get into the war and fighting stuff like you do? Why are there no stories of women in the bible fighting?
