Teen, you seem to equate being anti-war and anti-the current US administration with being a pussy. This is simply not true. It has nothing to do with that.
I happen to be against the war in Iraq and would personally not join the military myself. I also happen to find myself in scuffles from time to time. Some people see it as a problem I have, I simply seeing it as defending my honor. I have no problem getting in a fight and I would have no problem picking up a rifle if I saw an imminent threat my family and community.

Belgium...

And here's another one who does not get it...
>BTW, I put up *description* for Rocky Mountain Oysters.--Enjoy!

TeenYuck, you can't have it both ways:
In one post you complain about too much testosterone,
in another you pride yourself in eating the very organs that produce it...

There you go! You don't need them to be processed! Just fresh off the bull.
Throw them in some corn meal and fry them up!
They taste like calimari. As noted in the recipe, if they are over cooked, they get chewy. Got to avoid chewy.
These are very pretty popular in bars in the western US. Seriously--

KGB,
great post! you have my deep respect man!
Yeru and Teenyuck,
usually i wouldn't say this but today yeru has gone a little too far with his self glorification and insults. so to be honest in my opinion the man in the US army are no more heros than anyone else in the workforce. it certainly sucks to be away from home for several month and it is certainly a shitty job at times....but that doesn'T make soldiers any more to heros than people who work at a construction site or as genitors.
the risk of being killed in a war these days is close to zero for US soldiers. about 150 were killed in this war. that is tragic but there are other trades with higher risk factors who don't get the HERO stamp!
so unless you tell me you actually fought with your life at risk don't give me this I FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM BS!

Realist--are you for real? I mean, geesh man...war is not exactly a video game! Ask PFC Jessica Lynch about risking your life--she was just a clerk or a mechanic or something--someone who was not supposed to see action anyway....
Soldiers are not the only people who put their lives on the line, but they are the first ones to do it when called to. And no part of their job does not include being willing to die for it at any time.
