OK lets see, she was drunk, stoked up on crack and X. She let the poor bastard suffer and die slowly in her garage. She had friends dump the body. She tore the seats out of the car and burned them.... I'm counting at least 4 strikes...

I think she will get the max allowed on the sentence. Which does not mean she won't be out in 5 years with good behaviour. However, this crime is so horrible, no jury could let her walk.
She will spend time in the slammer and come out even worse. She'll be BORN AGAIN!!
