My post somehow got deleted. This board's beena cting very strangely lately.
From reading most of the ages listed here, it sounds like the overwhelming majority were "raised" in the troof. That is probably still the majority of the ones getting baptized these days. I often wonder how many are baptized who are found from the preaching work.
I was baptized in my teens.
Just like JH I was 28!
I couldn't help but think "peer pressure" when I saw the under 18 ages.

I think you can count me (us) in a way "from the preaching work."
My mother had JW friends for over 30 year and after the death of my father - she started to go to the meetings. (and was babtised when she was 80)
My daughter did join the club too (at 18) and I was the last one.

18 - I am 31 now.
Looking back, getting baptized wasn't truly in my heart. My brother got baptized the same day which put pressure on me to do the same.
