Hereās what I am interested in: On the Croatia subreddit thread pr0ner started, there was a comment from someone who evidently had access to the rulings. They stated that the case had a judgement in August 2022. Hereās how the filings read to the public:
30.8.2022 - JLE
4 Sept. 2022 is when LE released that three page rant about how if the court case fails, heāll appeal or file in another court for the next 40 years if he has to. Something REALLY made him irate, and since it was only 5 days after he filed something in court. LE stating that heās going to continue no matter what seems to be directly related to what was happening round that time. He wouldnāt have made those extrajudicial threats if everything was proceeding as he had intended.
16.09.2022 - UPS - This is interesting. Who or what is āUPSā and I donāt mean United Parcel Service. There are not many first names in any language that begin with U. Umberto? Was this some court administrator code, with the āSā standing for Sisak?
It seems to be in response to the JLE filing of 30.08.2022. Did Karlo Novosel tell Jabba the Hutt last August the case would not be heard, and in his anger and panic he filed some sort of motion on his own for reconsideration on 30.08.22?
