So my brother recently became df. He has full intentions of being reinstated, but it is going to take at least a year. If the end times occurs while he is df, will he still be allowed in the Kingdom of God?

In his time away, he has been studying the Bible and doing everything correctly. However, according to Acts 24:15, it states for only the righteous (followers) and unrighteous (people who were not given the opportunity). It never specifies anything about df even though he still is a follower and is still attending meetings.

Romans 10:13 "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." NIV

Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” NLT

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. KJV

hint, the Lord is Jesus. (not what the perverted jw doctrine says inserting jehovah where it doesn't belong)

'Everyone' and 'whosever' doesn't seem to imply anyone is left out does it?

Hell even those who are in good standing and do it all they will tell you "probably in the day of Armageddon you will be spared. " Its all BS. Its the carrot in front of the donkey on a stick that he can never get. The cults is sick and destructive. Tell everyone you can what a pedophile covering whore the cult is.

If there is a 2nd coming of christ, it won't be to destroy 99.9% of mankind. That's the bottom line!

@ carla - Good references, however one really shouldn't try to use the Bible to reason with a JW. The old, worn out "reasoning" that I always heard spouted by the eldurrs was, "Originally in the time of Israel Gee-HO'-Vuh mandated that sinners be stoned to death. Being disfellow-shipped is the modern day parallel. Only unrepentant sinners get disfellow-shipped, so while they may not be literally dead, they are the same as dead in the eyes of Gee-HO'-Vuh and his worshipers. Unrepentant sinners will never be resurrected, and until reinstated the sinner is not repentant. So there will be no resurrection for them as Gee-HO'-Vuh has already judged them when holy spirit directed the eldurrs that they be disfellow-shipped."

I know, pretty warped sense of importance by the leaders.

1Cor 6:9-10 & Gal 5:19-21 lists types of practices that will bar the practicers of such from 'inheriting the kingdom.' Being disfellowshipped is not a practice but a man-made state, created by the WT, not the DFed one. For the WT, creating the state of being disfellowshipped allows them to include other 'sins' that are not really sins. It also allows them to control who is a JW and who is not.

Interestingly, Jesus gave Peter the 'keys to the kingdom,' and the WT claims there is no apostolic succession. (Mt 16:19) Yet, in practice, they believe there is, and that it leads to themselves.
