The greatest person...probably Job...he endured more than even Jesus and did not have the Angels to comfort him (that's if your looking for someone from the bible)

Next to him its going to be the person who can save my family from the Borg!

"Jack" was the greatest person who ever lived. Yep. It was definitely "Jack."

So, what's your favorite wart-removal medication?

    SF Jim,

: Bill Wilson & Bob Smith

Guilt and self-examination trips which are all solved with hard self-examination (and lots of guilt in that soup), with mysticism added for emphasis.

A product of 1930's thought and yet, while still successful, just solves one problem and adds another: become a "true believer" and your other problems can be solved, too.

They've done a tremendous amount of good, Jim. They just haven't found the real answer for the problem they set out to solve. They've only found one of many "techniques" that can work. Sometimes.

Science will. Mysticism may work some of the time, but it is not an absolute solution. And science is well on its way to finding out the answer to your so-called problem, too (which I don't consider to be a problem at all.)

Let us hope that the answers to these "problems" (or perceived problems) will be found, if not in our lifetimes, then in the lifetimes of our children.

Science would be advanced by 500 years from what it is today if not for the interference of, and persecution by religions.

    I’m with Stacy…

I’d also have to say my Mom and Dad…or at least until I was old enough to realize they had turned into drain-bamaged JW’s …because without them, I doubt I would be around to answer this or any inconsequential question.
