Hey, yall....I threw all that underwhelming crapola in the garbage years ago.....

My normal library now contains cookbooks, chiller fiction (Dean Koontz, Stephen King, etc.), Harry Potter and Rose Petal books (for the g/kids.....oh, alright then!...the g/kids don't come to see me that often, I bought them for myself!! Are ya happy now?).....

Books on writing, publishing, Star Signs, crafts, mathematics, science, healthcare and agriculture...........okay....ALRIGHT DAMNIT!!.... I DO still have the Gnu-Whirled Trans., the Greek Interlinear and Strong's Comprehensive Concordance.....so there...

I only have a few - I buy them, read them, and then pass them on to others that I think might benefit

I have kept a couple of bible translations, the Greek Interlinear (WTBS book - comes in handy with discussions about the NWT), and a book called Answers to Tough Questions from Josh McDowell.

I own Crisis of Conscience and have ordered In Search of Christian Freedom by Ray Franz

I own The Handbook of Spiritual Warfare, by Dr. Ed. Murphy

I own The Demon-Haunted Word--Science as a Candle in the Dark. by Carl Sagan

There are still so many books I want to read such as:

    The New Thought Police

    Why We Go To War

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy

I have read the Dune trilogy

    Ditto with Atlas Shrugged

I also have a collection of science fiction books about a planet called Darkover written by Miriam Zimmer Bradley----lots of mind concentration with groups of people using Starstones---it is a whole different culture. I know the society wouldn't approve.

In the past I have have read sooooo many books I can't remember. My English teacher which I had for 7th and 8th grade, stressed reading. She had us reading 5 books a month, and this was in the 59/60/61 school years.

Oh, I also want to read Tammy Fay's (Messner) (formerly Bakker) new book. She was on the Larry King show a couple of nights ago. I think her book would be a fun read.

Nope, my library just isn't as focused as yours. Of course I have nowhere near 700 books, but give me a few more years!

I want to be, but I have no money! And at the moment, nowhere to keep even the books that I do have. So I mostly stick to borrowing from the library. I do have around 150 books or so.

The only 'apostate' books I have are Franz's and Jonsson's books, and Greg Stafford's Dissertations (although Greg's never been d/fed, Dissertations is definitely critical of the Society).

I've also borrowed Penton, Reed, and White from the library, and I'm currently reading Grizzuti online.
