hard to believe you know nothing about GEORGE CARLIN!!!! I thought he was world famous, guess I was wrong. If you're looking for satire, he is the best (living) in the Northern Hemisphere. No one attacks the system like he does, and he has NO FEAR, same as two of my other favorites,
Dennis Leary and Eric Bogosian - basically, that IS their comedy.

1. small east coast city - not a big enough audience base, we used to have a Comedy club in the 80's, but since the
depressionrecession, nada.2. Hard as it is to believe, some people can't afford cable! (moi) I'm not a big TV fan, but would like Comedy, maybe HBO, some others. Just don't have 50-60 bucks a month for that. Oh well, I read a lot!
