    FBF:

Ok … I understand I guess that most of people will say that they want money!!!But then my question is what for ? Money for money doesn’t mean anything
So Instead of just saying money, please tell me what for ...

    Here's a couple:

Big house between 30 minutes to an hour of a major metropolitan area like Seattle or San Francisco (can’t stand humidity), but far enough away to have some land for a horse and a lama or something, a creek, several big dogs and some trees for the kids to play in. Boat to go water skiing with my family and friends. A Bently and a Ferrari in the garage. Make money off of skydiving and political activism and investments. Newest, coolest, most high-tech backpacking gear. Vacation home in Baja on the water. Loving, laid back wife who likes to bring other women into the bed every once in a while.

    With limits, yes.

It does not however, make anyone happy.

To great a lack of money though, will definitely make one unhappy, and yet I think most people would be ....uhm... happily surprised at just how happy they could be with their current amount of money, if they made happiness their goal, instead of power or material things. I also believe that most would be surprised at how little having more money will contribute to their happiness, again unless happiness is the ultimate goal. Sometimes you just shake your head and go "don't they want to win?".

The old maxim holds true I believe, there are some things that just can't be bought. This particular presidential season, I'm hoping elections are one of them, lol.

Enough money to retire to an exotic place and enough to make sure that my friends can do the same. Then I will travel, travel, travel. A sweet lover would be nice too. But I would want to meet him before I made all that money.

But in reality, my goals are to get into med school. If I can accomplish that, it will be enough.

    Afor you, sweetest FBF.

first off, BLISS...that wasn't corney in the least.

I can't even imagine a 'dream' life but for the hell of it let me try...

Good health for my family. It's hard watching your family suffer through aches, pains and worse. Much worse.
A decent place to live - I'd actually like to build it myself. A place big enough to have family and friends (families friends though, 'cause I don't have any) over for big parties etc. and far enough from neighbors to play music at deafening volumes.
Of course the only thing that would make it worthwhile is to have someone to share the planning / doing with. Without that it don't mean a thing.
Money, enough to achieve the above but in and of itself money can bring more problems than it solves.

    Well, it's a start.

Sex in a bathtub full of jello.

Seriously folks, the simple things in life bring pleasure. Well, maybe making that much jello isn't simple.
