Last time I went camping was in 1992. This was through the Canadian Rockies. We had the worst luck, as my cousin who was in a rush to pack the equipment, forgot the tent pegs.

We did the hostel thing, which turned out to be a better idea.

I can't say I enjoy camping, in fact, I tend to shy completely away from it.

Dunno.....but we'll see when the summer of 2004 comes around.

I may go for a day or two, but don't bet your money on it.

Camping in June is fine, but the mosquitos are REALLY bad. Last year I camped near Point Pelee on Lake Erie, and they were 3/4 of an inch in length, the biggest I ever saw!!!

I'm up in Bancroft now, some in motels, and some camping. This is a great time of year for camping, hiking, and of course, beer.

    Here's some pics so far:

Awww look at Walter having fun!

Ray you're coming whether you like it or not. You need to get out of the city and have some fun.

Then perhaps we should bump to August/Late July?

There are many camping grounds that offer cabins as well, which is why I'd like to look into this early (cabins fill up FAST). That way, one can have all the conveniences of home (and a place to store our beer) and those that enjoy tenting it can do as well. Usually campgrounds have a wide array of activities for the youngins which makes it a wonderful idea for those with families.

    Ray - pfffftt!
