And although he shouldn't be forced to, perhaps he can take these tests willingly, given that he believes he's sane.

I think his greed is at least as big as his ego.
A nuclear war means "no more opportunity to rip off the stupid". It would be bad for the "Trump brand".
So I'm not too worried about him starting a nuclear war.
War with Iran? That's pretty much inevitable, if he doesn't get assassinated or impeached first.
