The first week is the hardest, I understand, so hang in there. It should only get better after this. I wish I had seen this thread before to encourage you, but hopes this helps to encourage you now.
And keep picturing yourself as a non-smoker. Think of all the benefits. The money you will save (not just on ciggies, but breath mints too!). Not having to go out in the rain to smoke. How nice the house will smell. How good food will taste again. Not being controled by a habit but being in control instead.
And best of all, it clears the way for you to be reinstated! Just had to throw that in to help keep your sense of humor up!
