There is "no right number of calls" that should be recieved from the elders or for that matter anyone else in the organization! If the basis of the "truth" is LOVE, then, those in the congregation should be automatically motivated to see how a person is doing that has not been seen in quite a while. Remember-----I do NOT want anyone checking on me to see how we're doing. So I am not complaining. But I still find it odd that those called "the friends" are not around.
Are You Surprised By How Few Witnesses Have Called You???

I was talking to my husband about this today and he said we shouldn't factor out that they are "afraid" to ask. Don't ask, don't tell per the WTS. The few people we do see never bring it up because if they do, well.....

Blondie, I agree. I do think that people are afraid to hear something that might blindside them. I've always felt that certain ones (most), must be saying to themselves, "What is it that Minimus and his family knows that we don't?"
