Oh, I haven't bought candy yet, I'm waiting until Friday so I won't be tempted!
This year is my first year to hand out candy and I'm really excited! I've even decorated our front door with a Jack-o-lantern faced scarecrow.
I'm also carving my first Jack-o-lantern and am putting a strove light in it to put on the front porch.......wooooohooooo! I can't wait!
I was sorta thinking about wearing a costume too.

we dont really bother with it here.
We very seldom had any trick or treaters...it was quite sad, realy. But, boy!......once I started handing out those little airline size liquor bottles....

Actually in our neighborhood the snooty little brats that live here wouldn''t think of going door to door asking for candy. Besides their Mummies would consider it a major social faux paus to drive them around and heaven forbid they should have to walk. Those $300 Mephisto "walking" shoes might get scuffed.

C'mon down! There's plenty to go around.
I'll tell you a secret...go to some 24 hour store on Halloween....get there after midnight....and buy a whole mess of candy at 1/2 price!!!

I bought Sugar Babies and Musketeers...and my S/O and I ate them all! oops!
My wife bought candy a month ago...thought it wouldn't be a problem. It was gone the following week. LOL.
I think I'll go pick some up Friday after work.
