Outlaw, if you want me to use a quotes then you'd need to pay to get me a computer. I see the button but it does nothing which is not my fault. I think I'd prefer a Mac.

I recognize your claim that you "see" things differently than others, however, in this case, a little bit of action by you is required. It takes more than just "seeing".
You have to highlight the text you want to quote FIRST, then "see" that little button...and THEN you have to click on that button. The button won't do anything all by itself. It isn't a 'god' button.
However, make sure that you have your cursor in a new line when you use the quote function...otherwise you won't be able to get out of the quote box, when it appears, to be able to type your reply.

You don`t need a new computer..
You need to listen to how to use the Quote function..
1)..Go to where it says "Have your say"
Just below that are a row of boxes..
You want the third box from the very left..
2)..Highlight the words you want quoted..
3)..Click the Quote Button..
Do you know what Highlight means?..
Do you know how to do it (Highlight)?

Looter, many people claim to know what "woo words" mean, they can't explain them any better than you, meaning they can't, just as you are unable to articulate anything.
Not one of many very intelligent people on this thread has any clue what you are saying. The only people that think they have are people that have a history also being unable to say what they mean in a way that makes objective sense.
