It is sad, but I too tend to believe that with the Forensic troups there, the story is much deeper and much more than just another sex offense charge. On the one hand I have sympathy for M, but on the other hand, anyone can see that he has been sick for a very long time. It is so true that many sex offenders, left to move on without punnishment, will eventually turn to other methods of pleasure. Maybe something went terribly wrong. His family really should have done some type of intervention years ago.
I just hope we won't be reading about them finding a body, or "bodies" on that ranch property. When Forensic people are called in, it is usually because "something" has already been found.

I'll stick my neck out and say I predict that the FBI found something such as child porn on computers at the ranch. They are very good at that kind of thing. On the basis of such a find in conjunction with the previous allegations, they are conducting a full investigation. You can bet your bottom dollar that if there was substance or not to the previous allegations, the net result was to cause MJ to no longer be alone with children for one second and everything is documented by his lawyers. If it's not, he is more of an idiot than I thought.

You saw that Living with Michael Jackson show. Sleeping with his kiddie friends in the same bed would presumably not include a lawyer or adult chaperone in the same room.... About being an idiot, he surely comes across as lacking basic sense and adult understanding in some of the interviews I've seen. I don't know if that is real or a facade of innocence. It is quite hard to imagine his person with seemingly childlike logic was the shrewd pop superstar from the early '80s who pulled the most amazing feat of acquiring the whole Beatle catalogue....
