You don't even have to physically commit any sin or break a Watchtower rule, if you deviate from one single doctrine, even in thought, you're considered a mentally diseased apostate and can expect to be disfellowshipped and shunned if the elders find out.

Watchtower will never give up on it's Shunning Policy. They are Idiots they will never change.. Jw's just have to wake up and see it's BS. And yes it's hard. I have some family still in who no matter how much wrong you show them, they can't get out of there. Their comfortable with it. With Watchtower and Jw stuff, I their is No Comfort, It's full of holes.
