  To me it boils down to this:

  1. they are mostly hypocrites
  2. they protect pedophiles
  3. they will not co operate with authority
  4. alcholism
  5. sexual cover-up mostly by young teen and twenties
  6. husbands lord it over their family
  7. husbands beat wives
  8. husbands verbally and emotionally abuse wife and kids
  9. going in the service and yet they don't really go in the service
  10. they make promises to visit you while in the hospital and or sick
  11. the way elders make shepherding calls a few days before CO. visit
  12. their lies
  13. the backbiters
  14. heavy gossipers
  15. being a goodie two shoes for the C. O.
  16. elders who huddle in the corner of the hall
  17. call you in their little room in stead of calling you at home
  18. this one kills me an elders say be in service yet you see him at a garage sale while your in service
  19. going to x-rated movies XXX
  20. looking down on people who have little in means and only associtate with the richer ones
  21. I am so fed up with the GB and its forever changing meaning of scriptures
  22. the GB goes around with blinders on and let the legal eagles run the Society instead of what they tell you it not run by Jesus Christ
  23. they have the best in luxury while cong, have poor and refuse to help
  24. class distinction
  25. and for now that is some of the reasons I stopped going to the Kingdom Hall..

  Ditto - If I believed they had the truth, I would be there all the time. But there is way too much evidence against them having this truth. So then, why go and sacrifice your entire friggin life for absolutley nothing at all?

  i was asked almost this very question a few days ago. I answered it with the question of whats stopping you from coming and visit once in awhile? no reply as usual quite a conversation stopper. They never come to visit. But did answer thier question. we had been at a funeral for a witness friend who had passed away and i told them the behavior exhibited from the PO, and several elders of the deceased's former congregation who got up and walked out when it came time for members of her family to say a few words. That hypricosy (*spelling)) and the blatant insult to the family of the deceased. Their leaving raised a few eyebrows, the funeral was at the funeral home. I guess they only wanted to hear the witness ad put on by the elder who gave the witness talk instead of comforting the family and having something really decent to say about the deceased.

  Their behaviior shows just what kind of heartless rectum circles these people are/can be etc. etc.

  Not putting my son through what I went through.

  Not believeing they are the "truth".

  They don't protect children.

  They didn't protect me as a child. I can't say anymore.
