  Allow me to explain, then, why I find the use of "Sneeker" distasteful: Although you will never admit it, I try to always be above-board, honest, and straightforward. In the cyberworld, we only have our reputation. When you call me "Sneeker", it influences the thinking of others in an unfair way. I've had newbies come along and use that term for me and wonder what I do that is so sneaky? Where did they get that idea? From you. Reputation suffers, for newbies think, 'well, there must be a reason why he was called "Sneeker" even if I don't know it, so he must be a sneaky guy.'

  This is not a hypothetical case, it has happened to me on a couple of occasions.

  As I say, though, I'm not the one demanding anything of you. I don't even recall our "heated" exchange last week as being "heated," so you can see how little I care about such things. I appreciate your words to me, though I repeat that I'm not the one who is asking anything of you.

  You are the one who posted your name. I merely asked if the Internet persona of Tallyman committed the crime of murder. And you yourself have admitted that you killed your brother. So I am not making a completely unfounded accusation as you pretend. And since this is a discussion forum for Jehovah's Witnesses, and I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and it was you who brought up the subject of God's judgment, which is entirely seperate from human law, it is entirely appropriate then that I refer to Jehovah's judgments. And God's word reveals that he considers apostates and those who hate the brothers to be murderers. In God's eyes murder is an attitude, not necessarily an act. As for the accursed children, Jehovah's word says that they have "rushed into the path of Cain." To refresh your memory, Cain was the first man to kill his brother. / You Know

  According to my understanding of linguistics, the issue of whether the criminal offense of murder was committed or not was not the point of your question. You assumed that murder was indeed committed; the phraseology of your question was in determinence of the guilty party. By means of a nasty put-down in a cynical and rhetoric manner, being aware of at least the basics of Tom's family's case and circumstance, you were pointing the finger at Tom as being THE ONE who committed murder.

  I could be wrong. I have not found the original question. Someone correct me if I am.

  You seem to think you're Jehovah's mouthpiece for judgement. Where's your vehemence when it comes to the issue of allowing Child molesters to stay in the congregation?

  I have NO DOUBT in my mind that you knew that Tally was acquitted of murder charges. You've frequented H2O and this board and probably others for YEARS. Your questions are like poison barbs and you are trying to aim them where you think they will do the most damage.

  For a Christian, you certianly have a black heart. I have never even one *ucking time seen any words of kindness or encouragement come of your rantings. You are who Jesus spoke about. You are a hypocrite with a rafter in your own eye.

  the original "innocent" question YK asked was:
  "Aren't you the guy that murdered his own brother a while back? / You Know"

  Of course, anyone looking at "my profile" can see my real name and YK past conversations with me was/is well aware of my name, me, the real person, the real guy, not the "persona - Tallyman".

  ...but then later on, he made a STATEMENT calling me a murderer...

  You can see by his recent wording, that YK (his real name forthcoming) is 'on the ropes' and has nowhere to go to hide.
