Out with a few dubs at some café, this weird sister (cute, btw; but weird, the kingdom way...) went on about how the kingdom 'll put an end to people smoking in cafés. Good Lord, wtf? She chose the café! And, would there be cafés then?? You want to know someone who's got serious issues with living? Well, they start talking about the old systems, the new order and stuff like that all the time.

Yup. The kingdom's going to stop a lot of things. You wait. You'll see. The kingdom's going to get rid of smoking and smokers, It is going to get rid of everything "worldly". I can hardly wait for the kingdom to come some day in the "very near future".

Ha! I remember taking a picture of a visiting DO, thoroughly engrossed in a Newsweek article, who quickly picked up a Watchtower for the picture and then went back to Newsweek afterwards. This lunatic comment is the same kind of thing, it's just for show because only a few nut cases actually pay any attention to it.

There was a guy in my old cong. that would bring up the most recent WT article, and say stuff like, "I'm sure you remember the point about...." and the article just came out!

    Total spiritual dick

I know of people that used to always brag about the new point that only they seemed to pick up on. They were the "speculators", the pains in the ass that you had to show "in print" that they were in error. Talk about dicks.....
