It's 71 degrees here. I rode to campus on my bike with a t-shirt and cotton pants and no jacket.

JH What type of pansy thermometer is that. It only goes down to -20 F. Must be an Murican kind. Send it to as_leif and get yourself a real Canuck thermometer!

Check out the long term forecast though. Supposed to go up to +1degree C by Saturday. Wacky or what!

Snow Shoe

Time to put on three socks and go walk the dog...

wind chill of -30C right now .. HIGH of -22 tomorrow with a wind chill of -42C

This week & last has been warm (60-70, w/ 80's this weekend). But the previous Sunday, it got to 70's, so I took off my jacket while doing yard work. I moved a garden hose and out came silvery shiny stuff.. must be water.. but on closer inspection it was sticks of ICE!!!!

From freezing @ night to 70's in the days: this plays havoc with sinuses, congestion & colds!!!
