  You are so right.
  
  It always bothered me that the women in our congragation seems to be only interested in getting married, to be a proper housewife and getting babies.
  
  Nothing else was important.
  
  Woman on this board actually do what they like (as long as it is not illegal I think) and learn what they want to learn.
  
  And the magazines/books they read are a lot more interesting then The watchtower or the Awake...
  
  But the same went for the men also....
  
  As a whole, ex JW's are free to educate themselves, to grow outside that narrow JW world.
