I have no problem admitting I was wrong, the one time it happened.
I hope this is one of those times. But with the influx of new posters, I wanted them to be aware of the history. People should never send $$ to an anonymous person on the Internet until they know for certain that it is a valid situation.
There are many kind hearted people that post here. I don't like to see them taken advantage of by anyone. Those that are commenting about helping Yizu have obviously researched and/or know him. I applaud your desire to help others.

Uzzah,
You are completly correct to question. Nobody faults you for you skepticism. Good for you for wanting confirmation. You are doing the right thing.
I (for clarification) am not vouching for the credibility of Yizu, or asking others to help. I am in no way soliciting for him or through him
I am just willing to help him if I can. He should pm those willing to contribute if He chooses.
Thanks for watching out for us Uzzah.

Not that I am against Muslims, but the thing is, I am the only employee that is not a Muslim that works for him, all of the other employees are Muslim and the new guy he hired last week is Muslim, so I dunno if I could file a claim of discrimination or not. This is a hard one to figure out. I am afraid if I filed discrimination, it might make me look like an jerk as well
Well it certainly wouldn't hurt to make a phone call and find out. Also, if business is slow, you can still file for unemployment. If he fights it, you can make a case there as well.

Just got back from job hunting. My head hurts from driving too much and filling out apps. Will rest and be ready for tomorrow.
I just got email from my landlord stating it's ok to send mail to them under C/O in my name. They'll drop the mail off to my apt.
My town is PO BOX only and it's like 5 bux a month or so, so I don't think I should rent one until I am out of the unemployment status.
If anyone wants to contribute, that's ok with me, I guess. Not feeling too keen with it, but I guess I don't have much of a choice.
So if anyone wants that address, PM me and I'll give it.
As for my stuff still in storage, I still need help with that. LOL! I am having a major hard time finding the help I need and Witch is right, it's a waste of money and I do need them out ASAP! I'll keep trying to find help to get them out and brought over here, at least I can get my printer which is prolly way in the back area, I'm not gonna dig everything out just to get my printer.
Thanks so much for many suggestions and I will look into them.
Also went to see some Temp Agencies and none seem to have anything as they lost alot of clients and many companies are on hiring freeze.
Anyway, a couple of stores said they are needing help, but said they're still reviewing all the apps. So, I hope one of them hires me. One is part time tho. But I guess PT is better than nothing.
Wish me luck tomorrow!!!

I already did, online.
I filed it immediately when I got home after been laid with the bad news. Didn't waste a minute on it.

My offer still stands to come move your stuff.
You need to conserve your resources. Again I have a Big car, but no truck, but I am sure I can move big items.
You need to weigh your big items agianst the necessity to pay for the storage.
This is no time to get sentimental. The loss of a sofa for instance is better than paying 60 bucks per month to store it.
Also, park your car. You will not lose ownership after all, and Indy is accessible by bus. Car insurance is astronomical!
Get your priorities in line hon. The major concern is keeping your place, so conserve.

Oh another thing, I emailed to an attorney with the Indiana Legal Services and explained my situation. No reply as of yet as she may be loaded with work. So if I don't hear from her soon, I will email again.
Just a heads up, since the attorney would know exactly all I should do and help me out get them done.

Yiz,
What a bummer! I'm so sorry. I've followed your story from day one and I know that you have tried so hard to get where you are now, only to find disappointment again. I work at a Soup Kitchen/Homeless Shelter, so I know how you feel. I do hope you find work soon. But please don't let this keep you down. I want to help. You have a PM.
